I would like to highly recommend Horsetooth Heating and Air based on our family's experience with them. From the beginning of the process until the inspection from the city we just had, everything they did was top-notch. Ben came to the house to inspect our heating unit, made his recommendations and informed us of the payment options, which included some pretty hefty rebates. He was patient and kind enough to answer all my questions, and we went forward. Cory and Ridge were the technicians sent to do the install. From the first handshake they were kind and engaging. They were very interactive with my 3 1/2 year old daughter, even in the midst of their work. They answered questions and Cory was especially helpful in raising my level of awareness of the dangers of carbon monoxide poisoning in the home, which was already rather heightened due to our family's experience with it in another home. The work was done when it was slated to be done and the inspector commented multiple times about how cleanly the work had been completed. He said (and I am paraphrasing just a touch) it might be the best job he had ever seen. All in all, HHA did a fantastic job and we feel very blessed to have found them. They are just what you would hope for in a service company; great expertise and high integrity. Thank you HHA for all you did to keep our family warm and safe!

I can’t say enough about these folks.. on the day of the install I found out I had to put down my dog. Cory was so wonderful and supportive. I highly recommend Horsetooth Heating and Air! Our air conditioner finally stopped running and after getting several proposals, we went with Horsetooth; fair pricing and great customer service from start to finish from everyone we worked with. We decided to go with a heat pump instead of an air conditioner and it was the right decision for us! Ben was great on the front end with the proposal and financing. He came on the day of install to check that everything was going well. Cory and Ridge did an excellent job on the install, and they took the time to explain the system to us and answer our questions. We noticed after the install that there was a high-pitched sound coming from the unit. The company owner, Kyle, came right out and made the needed adjustment to the unit to stop the sound. We are so pleased with our heat pump and the professional service we received from Horsetooth Heating and Air!

This is the kind of business we need more of. I have been with them when one man was running this Kyle. He has built this company from the ground up. It has been exciting as a customer to see how this company has grown in 8 years. They Value customer service . They are extremely Knowledgeable. We have needed them several times for repairs & they always do a A Plus, plus job. Looking forward to some further business in the near future. Seriously fantastic service. The technician was extremely knowledgeable and HARD WORKING! Just like professionals used to be. He ran into a couple unexpected challenges and doubled down on his efforts to overcome in a timely manner. I highly recommend these guys and look forward to doing business with them again. Oh! I should add....I'm 100 miles one-way from their shops. Umm....yah, top that!
